ORDERING PROCESS FOR STATIONERY

TERMS AND CONDITIONS & FAQ'S

TIMESCALE APPROX 3 MONTHS TO COMPLETE

My bespoke service slots get taken rather quickly so with that in mind, feel free to contact me for an idea of time scales etc and also bare in mind this is a lengthier process due to the fact it’s being started from scratch.

​

1. Drop me an email! We can talk about your needs. Between us we can throw ideas back and forth to come up with exactly what you need in stationery terms.

​

2. Once I have received your 50% non refundable deposit, I will get to work on creating a few digital proofs and between you and your fiancé, decide which one you most prefer.

From there we can create a look that you are happy with, including your details, and I will go ahead and create the rest of the suite.

3. Once you are 100% happy and I have received the remainder 50% payment, I will go ahead and get printing completed.

TIMESCALE APPROX 4-6 WEEKS

 

1.  Have a browse though my customisable designs.  Once you have decided which one you like, send me an email. with exactly what you would like.

2. Once I have received your 50% non refundable deposit you can send me all your details so I can create a digital proof for you.

 

3. Once you are 100% happy and I have received the remainder 50% payment, I will go ahead and get printing completed.

When should I start thinking about ordering my stationery goods?

Pretty much as soon as you have date and venue confirmed.

 

Save the Dates: 8-12 months before the wedding date.

These are a great way to prep your guests, even if you have no times confirmed, all that information can be included in your actual wedding invites.

Invitations: approximately 3-5 months before wedding.  Depending on what you decide to order, this process can take between four weeks for pre-fabricated design and anything upto twelve weeks for a bespoke service.


 

How many invites will I need?

A common mistake is that couples order one invite per guest, but in fact all you need is one invite per household.

 

Should I order spares?

I would say definitely yes. There’s always an ‘oh no we forgot so’n’so’ moment and items that get lost in the post. I would always order at least an additional seven for exactly these moments.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes I do but please state this at the time of ordering as we will have to take into account the shipping times etc, depending on your timescale.

 

I’m in a hurry! Do you provide a fast turnover time?

Yes this will be at an additional cost, depending on what you require etc. Drop me an email so I can let you know if this is at all possible before placing an order.

 

How many proofs do I get to have?

You receive as many as you need FREE OF CHARGE I want to make sure you are 100% happy!


What card stock do you use?

I use a white linen and hammered card stock, recycled kraft card and seeded plantable paper for an eco friendly alternative, a hit for sustainable weddings.

 

Are your inks environmentally friendly?

Yes I use a printer which has a refillable tank system, therefore eliminating the need for ink cartridges.

RoCha Designs holds all copyright for designs and you must not copy or reproduce any designs in any way.  I reserve the right to share pictures of your orders to advertise and promote RoCha Designs.

Please remember that computer screens do not ensure a true representation of colour, as all monitors are different, therefore slight variations may occur on the final product. I would advise you to purchase a sample of the product before you commit to purchase the full order to see and feel the quality for yourself beforehand. 

 

 

Wording and Proofs

 

It is your responsibility to ensure that the text you supply is free of errors and is how you want it to appear on your stationery. I cannot be held responsible for any spelling mistakes or wording errors after the proofs have been approved and the printing process is underway. 

Any errors noticed after the printing process are not my responsibility and reprints will be treated as a new order & charged for accordingly.

 

In the final proof, (sent to your chosen email address), it is your responsibility to check, check and check again: The wording, layout and spelling. I would suggest asking a friend or family member to have a check through also.  Sometimes a fresh set of eyes can spot the tiniest of details. 

If there are any changes needed another proof will be sent out to you free of charge.

 

 

If an error is made on my part I will replace the items free of charge. However in the event of an order being cancelled by yourselves I cannot refund any money once work has commenced.

 

 

Delivery

 

All orders will be sent to the address you supply on your order form by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery, requiring a signature upon delivery. 

For international shipping, I will use a service which is also tracked and traced. I will advise of cost on discussion of our price at the beginning before any work or deposits have been paid to ensure you are happy before work commences. 

 

Please be sure to supply an address where you will be able to sign for the package (eg. your work or a relatives address) please tell me if there is a specific day you would like to receive your items. 

 

I cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post or delayed due to postal strikes or circumstances out of my control.

 

I will maintain a proof of postage of which I shall give you the details for.

Bespoke Terms and Conditions

 

Normal terms & conditions apply, in addition with the following: 

 

A £75 non refundable design fee is cleared before any bespoke work begins. This bespoke fee covers the design time for invitation, save the date, standard inserts & rsvp and any in the day stationery. 

 

In order to ensure both myself and the client are ‘on the same wave length’ the use of a Pinterest board or a similar method will be used. 

This is to help us collaborate together so I can get a ‘feel’ of what you as a client are looking for with regards to colour palettes, themes, styles etc you are hoping to achieve.

RoCha Designs will not copy or otherwise recreate another artists work.

 

The client agrees to give clear and concise feedback after the first and each draft thereafter has been received. 

 

I will continue to work with the client until we reach a final design. 

 

RoCha Designs reserve the right to offer the design to other clients, but only after your wedding or event has taken place. 

 

Once final design has been agreed, normal printing and other prices apply.

Refunds & Return Policy

Because this is a customised item(s) there are no returns accepted and no refunds given.  The non refundable deposit is for the time I'm giving to creating your design, customised or bespoke.

At the point where I send you dugital proofs, it is vitally important that you check, check and check again, the information, such as spellings, numbers, post codes etc.  Once you have given your approval for the final proof, you can no longer make any changes without incurring additional printing fees. This applies to all customised items.
